The Residences on E nearly topped off, exterior shell under construction

The Residences on E’s two three-story buildings, which will contain 34 luxury residential condominiums ranging from one to three bedrooms, have been erected at 205 E Street in South Boston. The south building is topped off at three stories tall, and the north building is about to top off with the third story nearly complete. Installation of Zip System exterior moisture-resistant sheathing is underway along both buildings’ wooden frames. Underneath the buildings is a 63-car parking garage, which will be accessed via an entrance on E Street beneath the north building. The following are photographs of The Residences on E:
