SOBO Place, 36 new apartments in South Boston, approved for construction
At last night's board meeting, the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) approved SOBO Place for construction. Located at 55 West 5th Street steps to the Broadway MBTA Red Line station, SOBO Place will be a new five-story mixed-use building containing 36 residential apartments and 2,045 square feet of ground-floor retail. SOBO Place will be constructed on a vacant lot currently used for automobile repair. More information about SOBO Place is posted below.
