Work begins at The Icon in Allston
Demolition is underway at the future site of The Icon, an upcoming $51 million mixed-use development in Allston. An existing single-story commercial building is being demolished to make way for The Icon's future 6-story building. Slated for completion in Spring 2018, The Icon will feature 132 apartment residences and 5,000 square feet of retail. The following is a photograph of demolition underway at The Icon:
