46 new Downtown Crossing apartments proposed across top three floors of existing office building
Last Tuesday (September 6th, 2016), Cresset Development filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) to convert the top three floors of the existing Verizon office building at 8 Harrison Avenue in Downtown Crossing into PBX Residences, 46 new residential rental apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units; the following is a link to the PNF. Construction of PBX Residences could commence in December 2016, with expected completion by July 2017. Additional information about the PBX Residences proposal can be found above.
