Facade nearly complete at 99 Tremont Street Apartments in Brighton
Exterior finishes have been fully installed along the 4-story front section of 99 Tremont Street Apartments, a luxury apartment development built by Dellbrook | JKS. Finishes are now being installed along the facade of 99 Tremont’s 5-story rear section, in addition to windows and moisture-resistant sheathing. Interior finishes are being installed in front section residences, and interior framing is underway within the rear section. When complete, 99 Tremont will feature 62 luxury apartment residences located convenient to Brighton’s Oak Square and the Massachusetts Turnpike.
