Seaport Square Update

Today, 10/23/2015, Morgan Stanley sold the remaining Seaport Square parcels to developer WS Development of Chestnut Hill, MA. Total sale price was approximately $359M. Parcels sold include D, F, G, H, L3-L6, N and P.

Sale prices (From Suffolk County Deeds Registry):

  • Parcel D (Includes soon-to-be-demolished Chapel): $53,391,425
  • Parcel F (Includes District Hall and under-construction Seaport Pavillion): $13,000,000
  • Parcel G: $131,270,546
  • Parcel H: $1,000 (New Our Lady of Good Voyage Chapel currently under construction on Parcel H)
  • Parcel H2: $1,000,000
  • Parcels L3-L6: $137,023,462 (Parcels L1 and L2 owned by Skanska; 101/121 Seaport built on L1/L2)
  • Parcels N and P: $20,516,567
  • Parcel Q: $3,000,000 (Includes Q Park)
  • Fan Pier Boulevard and Seaport Boulevard; Boston Wharf Road: $1,000
  • Grand Total: $359,204,000
