At 11:58 AM this morning, a deed was recorded in the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds transferring ownership of the recently-completed luxury apartment building at 625 McGrath Highway in Somerville. Recorded sale price was $14,200,000. The seller and original developer is Berkeley Investments of Boston; the buyer is Jones Street Investment Partners of Hingham. Sale deed is posted below:
The parcel at 625 McGrath Highway last sold in 2013 for $2,250,000.
