An Expanded Project Notification Form (EPNF) has been submitted for the proposed 22-story waterfront tower at 150 Seaport Boulevard in Boston's Seaport District. The EPNF offers a glimpse at a number of new renderings:
Proposed square footage at 150 Seaport has increased slightly, from 275,000 square feet to 283,700. 124 residential condominium units are now proposed, up from 110. Resident amenities would include a fitness spa and a library.
A total of 273,000 square feet of residential space are proposed at 150 Seaport; on the ground and second floors would be 10,700 square feet of retail and restaurant space. An underground parking garage would be built with 179 spaces.
John Moriarty and Associates, who is also building nearby One Seaport Square, is 150 Seaport's construction manager. Construction is anticipated to commence on 150 Seaport in the second quarter of 2017.
