58 apartments proposed next to MBTA Orange Line in Jamaica Plain
City Real Estate Development Corporation proposes to construct 58 apartment residences across two new buildings located at 3371-3375 Washington Street & 197-201 Green Street, steps to the Green Street MBTA Orange Line station in Jamaica Plain. The buildings would also contain 1,730 square feet of retail; 33 resident parking spaces would be provided, amounting to 0.57 parking spaces per residence. The proponent anticipates to start construction of the buildings in Summer/Fall 2017, with completion anticipated in Fall/Winter 2018. Plans for the buildings have been filed with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA); the BPDA is now reviewing these plans.
