Pier 4 office building tower crane installed
A tower crane has been installed at Pier 4, signaling the impending start of superstructure construction for the 13-story, 373,000 square foot Pier 4 office building. Construction of the building's concrete elevator core will commence imminently, followed by the building's steel frame. Vertical metal formwork has been installed alongside the crane to frame concrete pouring to construct the elevator core. Excavation of the Pier 4 office building's foundation is complete.
