301-303 Border Street, 64 new East Boston condominiums, approved
At Thursday (November 17th, 2016)'s board meeting, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved 301-303 Border Street Street. Located along the East Boston Waterfront near Maverick Square, the $21.61 million building will contain 64 new condominiums. Construction of 301-303 Border Street is anticipated to commence in spring 2017.
