Boerum Hill Condo Development Quickly Takes Shape
Construction on 58 Saint Marks Place in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, is progressing quickly. The topped out, 12-story, Avdoo & Partners development can currently be seen with most of its facade installed. With an army of workers on site, multiple floors of scaffolding on the roof, and jersey barriers spilling onto 4th Avenue, it's evident that this project is moving full speed ahead.
Once completed, Saint Marks Place will boast 50 parking spaces, 100 residences, and stand 124 feet tall. Issac & Stern's design calls for 39 available floor plans, and 80 percent of the condos to have some form of incorporated outdoor space. The development will amass 200,263 sqft, with 124,587 sqft. for residential space, and 8,139 sqft. for retail.
