With Boston’s latest building boom, multiple residential apartment and condominium towers have sprouted, some sporting distinctive, exclusive amenity spaces for residents. Below are some of the coolest communal amenity spaces in Boston’s latest residential towers:

Millennium Tower sports an expansive, 23,000-square-foot lounge area, dubbed The Club, spanning two floors. The Club’s centerpiece, which sets it apart from all other Boston-area condominium buildings, is a private bar and restaurant dubbed MINA headed by Michelin star chef Michael Mina and reserved exclusively for tower residents. On track to be Boston’s third tallest building and New England’s tallest residential tower, the 61-story One Dalton condominium tower will feature a host of luxurious amenities for residents when it opens in late 2018. A 50th floor Private Residents’ Club Lounge will overlook the Charles River and Boston skyline, featuring a lounge area, a dining room, catering kitchen, a full bar and a rooftop terrace.


One Dalton will be an ideal building for fitness-minded residents. On the tower’s seventh floor will a full-size 65 foot/20 meter lap pool surrounded by panoramic, floor-to-ceiling windows. A fitness center will feature top-line cardio and strength training equipment, a private yoga and pilates studio, a golf simulator room with a wet bar and changing rooms with a steam room.


After workouts, residents will be able to treat themselves to a spa with massage rooms alongside a salon that will offer manicure, pedicure and hair styling services, as well as pet washing and grooming.
