Boylston Properties Breaks Ground on $100 Million Arsenal Yards Addition
Boylston Properties has broken ground on a new speculative lab building at Arsenal Yards. The 165,600 SF development at 100 Forge secured financing from JP Morgan and acquired a $100,100,000 loan from Bank OZK. Arsenal Yards will feature 350,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, approximately 300 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, a 145-room Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton hotel and 100,000 square feet of office space.
