Boylston Properties Releases Plans for One Arsenal Marketplace
At a Watertown community meeting, Boylston Properties announced Phase B of the Arsenal Yards project. Plans include the renovation of 617 Arsenal St., previously the site of the closed Miller's Ale House, into a life science lab facility. The project will utilize the office space in the existing building and preserve the parking garage for future tenants.
