Boylston Properties to Unveil Phase B of Arsenal Yards Development
At Watertown's next community meeting - scheduled for January 11th at 6:30 pm - Boylston Properties will be unveiling information regarding Arsenal Yards' B phase of development. Discussions will cover the proposed One Arsenal Marketplace, an existing office building, and a parking garage located at 617 Arsenal Street.
The approved, multi-phased development at Arsenal Yards will feature 350,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, approximately 300 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, a 145-room Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton hotel, and 100,000 square feet of office space.
