BPDA Approves 218-220 Old Colony Ave. South Boston Project
The Boston Planning Board has approved the 5-story mixed-use project at 218-220 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston. The new building will feature 32-unit residential units and approximately 1,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. 33 garage parking spaces are planned for the building’s two-level garage, which will include six mechanical lifts.
