BPDA Approves 43 Residential Units in Jamaica Plain
The Boston Planning and Development Agency approved the construction of a new 5-story, 35,273 SF building at 3326 Washington Street. The project will create 43 mixed-income residential units near the MBTA Orange Line’s Green Street station.
10 of the 43 units will be income and deed-restricted between 30%-70% AMI.
