BPDA Approves 5 Projects at August Virtual Meeting
The Boston Planning Board approved 5 projects, including over 350 residential units during their August virtual meeting. The projects are situated in Hyde Park, South Boston, and Allston/Brighton. The board also voted to schedule public hearings on 15 Necco & 401 Congress for the September meeting. Check out full details on all newly approved projects below.

449 Cambridge Street - 2 Buildings, 166 units total, 25 affordable, 10 compact living, 2,400 square feet of ground-floor retail, 80 parking spaces
