BPDA approves 54 Pleasant Street, 17 new condominiums in Dorchester
The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved 54 Pleasant Street, a new three-story mixed-use building featuring 17 condominium residences, at last night’s board meeting. Two residences at 54 Pleasant Street will be designated affordable. 54 Pleasant Street will require zoning relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) before proceeding with construction.
