BPDA Approves Change of 114 Unit The Freeport From Rentals to Condos
The Boston Planning Board has approved the request from the developer, Navem Partners to change the 114 units at The Freeport (formerly The Chandlery) from rentals to condos. The upcoming project at 270 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston will include a mix of studio, one, and two bedroom homes.
