BPDA September Meeting Recap
The Boston Planning Board approved 2 new projects, a multifamily in Brighton and a mixed-use project in Roxbury at their September meeting. The board also gave the ok to the Notice of Project Change for 15 Necco in Fort Point. Alexandria Real Estate Equities & National Development are developing the 12-story, 316,000 square foot office/lab project after purchasing the site from GE in May 2019.

11 Fanueil Street - Brighton - 42 condo units, 6 affordable with parking for 51 vehicles
40-50 Warren Street - Roxbury - 25 income-restricted rental units, ground floor retail, and co-working space
