Brand New Moxy Hotel Opens on Lower East Side

A brand new, 18-story hotel tower, has just opened at 145 Bowery on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Developed by Lightstone for Marriott International, this new location will be branded and run under their subsidiary banner, Moxy Hotels.

Designed by , the building features guest rooms, and stylish interiors, designed by Michaelis Boyd and Rockwell Group.

In addition to a place to stay, Moxy Lower East Side offers a number of amenities, including two separate bars, a subterranean nightclub, a cafe, a rooftop lounge, and three-coworking studios.

It also offers four different dining venues, including a Japanese restaurant, called 'Sake No Hana', which features beautiful lanterns and retro tapestry.

The Moxy brand is catered to a younger market with modern lifestyles. It ditches traditional forms of luxury in an attempt to combine lavish living with new-age creativity. The building boasts wonderfully immersive spaces, with fine (and often quirky) details that all add up to provide an eccentric, yet highly memorable guest experience.

Standing  feet tall and totaling square feet altogether, the shiny new structure was recently completed by general contractor, . At this time, Moxy Lower East Side is officially open for business and can be booked on Marriott's website, as well as most travel booking sites.
