Bremen Street Mixed-Use Project Approved
The BPDA has approved the mixed-use project at 282-302 Bremen Street in East Boston. The building will include 145 rental units, 21 of which will be affordable along with parking for 61 cars. The ground floor of the project will also include 3,200 square feet of retail space which the development team hopes to fill with a local market or daycare.
