Brighton Development Site Trades for $8.4M
Berkeley Investments has acquired 1500 Soldiers Field Road in Brighton for $8,431,916. Plans for the site call for a 6-story residential building to feature 106 residential units plus a 60-car parking garage. The site had last traded in September 2022 for $6,100,000.
