Brighton Development Under Official Review
The development at 544 Washington Street proposed by Encore Properties is now under official review by the Boston Planning and Development Agency.
The proposal calls for a new five-story, 37-unit, mixed-use building consisting of approximately 44,150 gross square feet including 2,000 square feet of ground floor commercial retail space. Its residential component will consist of 100% homeownership units. The project also provides parking at a ratio of one space per dwelling unit, for a total of 37 spaces.
