Brighton Multifamily Secures $52.5M in Financing
The development team for 1550 Soldiers Field Road has secured $52.5M in financing for the project through Pacific Western Bank. Under construction now, the 6-story building is set to feature 211 apartments. As part of the development a second building, 21 Soldiers Field Place will offer 38 affordable condominiums. Both buildings would include outdoor courtyards.
