Brighton Parking Garage Sells for $18.3 Million
R.J. Kelly has acquired the 126,538 square foot parking garage at 15 Guest Street from NB Development Group for $18.3 million.
The South Parking Garage at 15 Guest Street is made up of over 1,500 above-grade parking spaces and is accessible to tenants of both 10 & 20 Guest Street.
An additional level of parking was added to the top level of the garage and the façade and building were upgraded including an addition of an elevator on the east side of the building.
