Bristol-Myers Announces 244K SF Devens Facility

Bristol-Myers has announced the expansion of their 89-acre Devens campus. The company is constructing a 244,000 SF manufacturing facility to expand production of its clinical and commercial cell therapy products. The move comes as the company works to consolidate operations and lease 360,000 square feet of space at the upcoming 250 Water Street at Cambridge Crossing.

“Bristol Myers Squibb has designed a reliable manufacturing and global supply chain network comprised of internal manufacturing facilities, which include Bothell, Wash., Summit, N.J., and Warren, N.J. in the U.S., as well as external manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Expanding our global footprint is critical to supplying these transformational products to patients around the world.”
