Brookfield Proposes Modernization of K Street Office Building
Brookfield Properties has submitted plans to modernize the existing 390,000 square foot office/retail property at 1200 K Street NW. Plans call for a more modern facade along with the addition of terrace space and a penthouse addition. The penthouse would include indoor and outdoor space and also include a green roof and solar panels. Amenities space will also be added as part of the project include a fitness center and co-working space.
