Brookfield Unveils Plans for Phase II of The Yards
Brookfield Properties has unveiled plans for Phase II of The Yards in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. Plans include 3.4 million square feet of space across 10 buildings. This phase of the massive development will also create Yards Place, a main street that will run from the Navy Yard Metro to the new Diamond Teague Park. When complete The Yards will feature 5.5 million square feet of mixed-use space on the 48-acre site.
