Brooklyn Commercial Development in Public Review
A private application by PAB 3rd Ave Holdings LLC for 506 Third Avenue in Gowanus, Brooklyn is currently in public review. The application requests zoning map and text amendments to facilitate a five-story, 18,000 square foot commercial development. The amendments will also facilitate a commercial enlargement at 530 Third Avenue, located across the street. The project is now in review by Brooklyn's Borough President. If approved, the proposal will then be slated for review by the City Planning Commission.
