60 Guilders & Davidson Kempner have acquired the office condo within 12 Metrotech Center in Brooklyn from Brookfield Property Partners for $128M. The roughly 186,000 square foot office condo spans the top 7 floors of the 30-story building. The space is currently leased to the city’s Administration for Children’s Services.
