BU Acquires Allston Development Site for $20M
Boston University has acquired 76 Ashford Street in Allston for $19,750,000 from City Realty. Approved plans for the .82 acre site call for a 16-story, 254 unit apartment tower. The site is located near BU's west campus, adjacent to multiple university athletic facilities and also near the planned West Station, a new transit hub set to offer commuter-rail service.
