Build-to-Rent Community in Florida on Track for Fall Grand Opening
Construction in the closing stages at a build-to-rent community that is slated for the grand opening in Fall 2024. Interior finishes are wrapping up on the first turns, and roughs are completing on the last turns. Curbs, sidewalks, and landscaping are working through the first phases. Amenity areas such as the pool and fire pit areas are in progress. Avilla Cypress Creek will be a gorgeous 168-unit, luxury, build-to-rent neighborhood Sun City Center/Ruskin area. The residences will include private backyards with screened lanais. Community amenities will include a pool and spa, fire table gathering areas and dog parks. Located along I-75 southeast of Tampa, the location is convenient to several shopping and dining venues.
