Building Owners & Managers Association of Greater New York Announces Partnership with CREtech New York
The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York (BOMA New York), the area’s federation of BOMA International, the world’s largest trade association, is pleased to announce its partnership with CREtech New York, the leading global technology and sustainability conference for the built world.
CREtech New York, which will take place at the Javits Center on November 13th and 14th, is a two-day event which brings together leaders from across tech, real estate, government, advisory firms, and venture investors. Attendees of this year’s conference will experience the full suite of CREtech conference offerings, showcasing cutting-edge content across two stages; The Main Stage and Innovation Stage. The stages will educate and inspire attendees through a mixture of exclusive keynote presentations, panel sessions, fireside chats, and interactive sessions.
BOMA New York is the premier trade association for the Greater New York real estate industry, comprised of building owners, property management firms, professional service providers, and contract service providers. This partnership allows both organizations to work together to drive attendance thanks to BOMA New York’s extensive network, while also providing BOMA New York members with networking and innovation opportunities.
“CREtech New York is among the top conferences in the real estate industry,” says Lori Raphael, Executive Director at BOMA New York. “With BOMA New York being the top trade association for Greater New York commercial real estate, we complement each other extremely well. This partnership will be beneficial for both CREtech New York, as well as our members, as we continue to promote programs for the advancement of the real estate industry.”
On Thursday, November 14th BOMA New York Chairman Patrick Dolan will emcee all the sessions on the innovation stage between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Dolan is a commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in building operations and commercial property management. Dolan currently manages One World Trade Center for the Durst Organization, a privately held real estate company based in New York City.
“As a long-time admirer of BOMA New York and their work, we are excited to partner together for CREtech New York,” says Michael Beckerman, CEO of CREtech. “With BOMA’s large network and their mission of providing their members with opportunities to advance their careers, this partnership will be beneficial for all of us. We are looking forward to collaborating with the team to continue growing CREtech New York.”
