Building Permit Applications Filed for Apartment Community in North Tampa
Building permit applications have been submitted to Hillsborough County for Allora Uptown, a new apartment community in north Tampa. Allora Uptown, which is developer Trammel Crow’s first attainable housing development in Florida, would offer 294 apartment units, a mix of one, two and three-bedrooms with garage parking available. Located on the site of the former Malibu Grand Prix, the development would consist of 10 three-story apartment buildings and office/clubhouse. Amenities include a pool, fitness, clubhouse, outdoor patio and dog park.
