Building Permit Apps Submitted for Bethesda Mixed-Use Project
Building permit apps, with an estimated value of $55M, are under review for the approved mixed-use project at 7000 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda. The 13-story building will feature 181 residential units and 7,500 square feet of retail space. The project will also include 120 parking spaces spread across two below-grade levels. Amenities will include a gym along with a rooftop club lounge and co-working space.
