Building Permit Issued for 1785 Columbus Avenue
A building permit has been issued for the upcoming 7-story, 139,200 square foot office building on Columbus Avenue in Roxbury. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the building will be used by Horizons for Homeless Children for childcare and administration. An additional 87,500 sf of office space will be designated for social service programs. The project will also include around 1,500 sf of ground floor retail and with 157 parking spaces.
