A $28,000,000 building permit has been issued to 566 Columbus Avenue in the South End. The upcoming building will include a community-oriented ground floor with 5,000 square feet of commercial space, an art exhibition gallery, modern community space for the United South End Settlements, and 66 residential homeownership units.
