Building Permit Issued for Historic Building Hotel Conversion in West Loop
A $20 million construction permit was issued for the conversion of the Landmark Mid-City Trust & Savings Bank Building into a boutique hotel in the West Loop. Plans include a full exterior restoration of the former bank and an interior hotel buildout. The new Neighborhood Hotel West Loop will feature 76 hotel rooms, 21,596 square feet of retail and restaurant space and majestic 1920's style interiors.
