Building Permit Issued for Reno to Former East Boston Times Building
A building permit has been issued for renovations and an addition to the property at 273 Border Street in East Boston. The project is an adaptive re-use of the former East Boston Times Newspaper Building. The existing brick building will be shelled and an addition will be built off the rear to create more living space. Dubbed, the Printing Press Lofts the project will include 5 residential units and one commercial office suite.
