Building Permit Issued for South Boson Elderly Housing
A building permit has been granted for the elderly housing development at 5 Major Michael J. O'Connor Way in South Boston.
The upcoming development of a vacant lot in the Mary Ellen McCormack housing development. Both the lot and entire complex are owned by the Boston Housing Authority. The project's 40,818 square foot building will include 47 one-bedroom units. There will be 46 units of affordable elderly housing for people age 62 and over and one resident manager unit.
