Building Permit Issued to Prudential Tower Kicking Off Construction
An alteration building permit worth $42,650,000 has been issued to the Prudential Tower in Back Bay kicking off interior construction.
Boston Properties submitted plans for a proposed renovation and expansion of the existing Prudential Tower Observatory last September. Encompassing floors 50, 51, and 52 of the Prudential Tower, the project is designed to create a world-class observatory experience comparable to those located in other major metropolitan cities across the country by providing unobstructed views of the entire city of Boston from the 3-level indoor/outdoor observation deck.
