Building Permit Issued to Washington Village
A building permit valued at $67,715,810 has been issued to Washington Village as construction on the affordable housing redevelopment project is underway. Phase 1 of development calls for 214 residential units, 20,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 58 parking spaces. The entire project will feature 656 units in the neighborhood's emerging Andrew Square area.
