Building Permit Pulled for Mazza Gallerie Redevelopment
A building permit has been issued to begin construction on the redevelopment of the Mazza Gallerie in Friendship Heights. The project includes a new 7-story mixed-use building on top of the existing building's basement and underground parking garage. The development will include 321 apartments and 23,911 square feet of retail space.
