Building Permits Issued for Half of Hugo Development
Permits have been issued for the 751 North Hudson Avenue building in the Hugo development. The 9-story mixed-use building will include 134 residential units and most of the amenities for the entire development. These amenities feature a dog run, fitness center, pool deck with cabanas, gourmet outdoor kitchen, and a rooftop deck with city views. The base of this development will be dedicated to retail space.
LG Development is still waiting for permits to be issued for the second building attached to this development at 411 North Chicago Avenue. Once approved, the total SF of this project will be 234,760 in the highly desired River North neighborhood of Chicago.
