Building Permits Pulled for Affordable Project in Arlington
Delphi Construction has pulled 3 building permits valued at over $8M for the upcoming scatter site affordable project in Arlington. The three-building project will include a total of 48 apartments. The Park Ave. buildings will include one three-story walk-up building located at the intersection of Lowell Street and Park Avenue, and one four-story elevator building located at the rear of the property, fronting onto the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway. The 117 Broadway building will be three stories with 14 units.
