Building Permits Pulled for Cote Village in Mattapan
A series of building permits have been issued for the 5 buildings in the Cote Village development in Mattapan. The permits are valued at over $20M and include the construction of 24 new townhouses along Regis Road. The project will also convert the garage at 820 Cummins highway into a 52 unit building with the addition of 4 levels to the existing structure. Along with a total of 76 units the project will also offer over 4,100 square feet of commercial space plus parking for 84 cars.
