Bulfinch and Newmark to Lease Out Space in Needham Life Science Park
Bulfinch has announced their partnership with Newmark to lease available space at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham. The property is a 213,000 SF lab and office building in the N-Squared Innovation District on the Needham and Newton line.
Bulfinch has creative office and lab space available across floor plates ranging from 15,000 SF to 65,000 SF, and current tenants at the 117 Kendrick Street property include Workbar and Waterstone Properties Group.
